A 6 week course designed to introduce you to the basics.
INTRO TO INTERMEDIATE SIX WEEK COURSES (Intro2Inter)- $130
A 6 week course consolidating your Beginner skills with a focus on strength training.
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED - $150
A 6 week course to master difficult pole moves with a focus on flexibility and combination moves.
FUNK SIX WEEK COURSE - $130
Dance routines incorporating Beginner level moves.
SCULPT CASUAL CLASSES - $25 / class
High impact aerobic, dance and strength training.
