What to wear and bring with you?
Please just wear the same as you would to an aerobics class. You need to wear shorts to allow your skin to grip the pole.
Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise bring a towel.
We wear our joggers (sandshoes/sneakers) for the warm up part of the class and then change into our heels later. Please bring a pair of heels you feel comfortable in. Not too high or too short. Some ladies like to bring knee high boots. Whatever you feel sexy in!!
No jewellery is to be worn, for your own safety. Absolutely NO RINGS on fingers.
Please do not moisturise your body within 48 hours of a class. Body moisturiser is a Pole Dancers worst nightmare!!!
